案例简介：Brief Explanation The main challenge the project faced was to develop a signage system able to create a positive experience for the user regarding the orthodontics treatment. Describe the brief from the client Create a signage system for an orthodontics clinic. Description of how you arrived at the final design The concept of the signage project for the Dauro Oliveira orthodontics clinic stemmed from the pieces used in the orthodontic equipment, more specifically the brackets and the rubber bands. A family of pictograms was then created, along with numbers based on the drawing and on the materials used in these elements. The result stimulates the user to positively interact with the treatment environment, moving the aesthetic perception away from the idea of pain and inhibition towards a solution that is able to elicit wonderful smiles. Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market: The adaptation of materials used by the clinic to produce a visual solution suitable to the environment in the orthodontics office is the main factor that characterises the excellence of this project’s design solution. Taking advantage of that suitability in the creation of a friendly relationship with the user in the treatment environment was a strategic recourse for the development of the signage system.
