    Dunkin’s plans to support Veterans Day include a Veteran’s Day donut special, and a collaboration with nonprofit organization, A Million Thanks.As part of these plans, Dunkin’ is also releasing the latest film in its Dunkin’ Docs series. The film tells the story of retired US Army Major and Dunkin Franchisee, George Hart. In the film, Hart talks of his personal mission to continue serving his military brothers and sisters, while pairing it with a product that he loves and believes in, Dunkin’. Hart’s goal is to open a Dunkin’ restaurant on every military base in the United States, offering a good environment, a strong community, and the consistency of “a great cup of coffee” no matter where service men and women may be stationed around the country. Already, Hart has opened 11 Dunkin’ restaurants, with six more on the way within the next year.In addition, on Monday 11 November, veterans and active duty military are invited to participating Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide for a free donut of their choice, no purchase necessary. The return of the Veterans Day donut special is part of Dunkin’s long-standing commitment to supporting active military and veterans.Also the first 50 veterans and active military at participating Dunkin’ restaurants on November 11 will also receive a thank you card written by members of the community from A Million Thanks. A Million Thanks is a nonprofit organization that supports active, reserve and veteran military by sending millions of letters of thanks and encouragement directly to service members.
