Nuñez Y Navarro can offer this kind of facility. Context Fill the free parking space of the NIN car parks in the metropolitan area and to promote cross-selling for NIN public parking facilities. Philosophy/Solution A mailing was sent to businesses in the areas near the car parks that we wanted to fill. The mailing consisted of a box. In the box was a miniature car. If they followed the instructions they found that when they opened the box again, the car had disappeared. In its place was a card that described the promotion: By renting 5 parking spaces, they get 50 hrs free parking in NIN public car parks. Follow-up Mailing: Six months later the businesses that had responded but had not rented any parking spaces, received an envelope. In the envelope was a large card that repeated the promotion. Results Mailing Capture: 436 Contracts Interested: 76 (17.43%) New Clients: 25 (5.71%) Conversion Index: 32 (89%)
