A homage to the wind and the 130-year power struggle with the force of nature, Publicis Emil has created an ad for Mercedes-Benz to announce the switch to 100% green electricity sourcing for production at Mercedes-Benz AG’s factories.A real-life installation of a wind turbine is featured in the film, forming the basis of the visual concept. The wind turbine, which symbolises renewable energy, and the Mercedes star, the three points of which look very much like rotor blades, come together to transform into the Mercedes-Benz logo. In 2018, Publicis Groupe created Publicis Emil after it was appointed the global network and digital agency for Mercedes-Benz.
