吴彦祖在《全城热恋》中捏寿司的时候,昵称是 “酱油师傅” 。完美的一餐里,酱油是必不可少的一角,它可以让朴素的食材变得令人食指大动。正是基于这一点,奥美帮助日本品牌佐川酱油创造出了一组动人的设计。本来是空白的纸,用酱油来绘画,各种美味食材便跃然纸上。栩栩如生的鲆鱼一片片的莲藕游动着的鲭鱼大军大大小小的蘑菇慵懒的章鱼君小而美的秋葵辣眼睛的洋葱颗粒饱满的玉米而这并不是用毛笔蘸酱油画出来的,是采用了 “鱼拓” 的创作手法。这是一种将鱼的形象用墨汁拓印到纸上的技法,它起源于日本,迄今已经有 100 多年的历史。奥美用佐川酱油代替墨汁,来拓出食物的形状。该品牌起源于日本柳井,作为当地最早的酱油生产商,从武士时代就开始用细致的传统方式酿造,而古老的创作方式恰好契合了品牌的悠久历史。过多的酱油会破坏食材原有的味道,太少又无法带出鲜味,恰到好处的酱油,能给食物赋予生命。使用高难度的拓印技术,奥美精准地把握了品牌的精髓。鱼拓大师将食材用酱油拓印到薄而坚韧的和纸上:再由书法家一笔一划写上:“佐川酱油,使食物栩栩如生。”食物的本味,仿佛一张白纸,静候着调味品来让它重获新生。奥美用不一样的方式,巧妙地表现出酱油让食物更鲜美的同时,也让生活更加鲜醇。
