Inspired by the ancestral indigenous habit of gifting to strengthen bonds, we developed the #TOGETHERBAND All Amazon. The bracelet, made in collaboration with the Yawanawá indigenous community, uses materials extracted from the Amazon rainforest, such as açaí seeds and other materials that shouldn't be in nature, like plastic and metal from illegal weapons seized in forest preservation areas. Taking advantage of the fact that Banco do Brasil would be participating in agendas with major world leaders during the UN General Assembly in NY, the main media outlets would be present to cover the action and the institution's stance on environmental and Amazon rainforest protection. We took this opportunity to launch the bracelet and shed light on the issue. With the topic heated in the media, the bracelet was used to spark curiosity and captivate Wall Street investors in important meetings. The meetings always started with the most important agenda: the importance of investing in the preservation and development of the rainforest.
