Philosophy/Solution We chose to show that Pleats takes a different path by dropping off door hangers in neighborhoods around the store. Once opened, an actual dollar bill, folded in the form of a shirt and an offer for a free trip to the bakery next door introduced the extra steps that Pleats takes in all that it does. Results The piece, and coupon inside it, accounted for a 19% redemption rate.
