We installed washers and dryers in schools across America to give at-risk students access to clean clothes, and we created a data tracking system that allowed us to see how washer use was directly impacting attendance. Every use of the washers was attributed to an individual student, and this data was sent in real time to our database so we could display the difference that clean clothes were having on school attendance throughout an entire school year.
