案例简介:Synopsis Our brief was to create a series of posters to promote the Kabuki: Art & Artifacts exhibition in Kyoto. Outcome These posters promoted the Kabuki: Art & Artifacts exhibition in Kyoto and conveyed the essence of Kabuki. Execution In creating these posters, we sought to reflect kabuki history, and the unconventional, free-spirited origins of Japan's most famous dramatic art form. The shows were enjoyed by townspeople of all classes, and the actors were the pop stars of the day, known not only for their singing and dancing skill, but also for their elaborate fashions and bohemian lifestyles. In creating these posters, we sought to reflect this history, and the unconventional, free-spirited origins of Japan's most famous dramatic art form.
