You trust yourself and your skills and you move forward. LinkedIn member Marika Serra, one of the quality assurance engineers featured in this photo, took her own leap in 2014 - moving from Italy to London for a project with the Lee Tunnel (part of a project to clean the Thames River by 2020). She was determined to give her all and wasn’t about to let anything (including language barriers) get in the way.
