Repeat with remaining strips until you’ve reached your desired length. Tape each paper chain to the top of your windowsill (make sure to leave space for your message).3️⃣: Write your letters and cut them from a large block of Styrofoam. Wrap string lights around them to add some glow and hang from the top of your windowsill using string extension cord to plug in your lights!
