案例简介：Challenge There are currently 800,000 people who suffer from Alzheimer’s in Thailand and the number is still rising by 30,000 per year. Solution Studies show that apart from entertaining, singing can also help boost memory among the elderly. The Alzheimer Foundation of Thailand sees the importance of this and would like to enhance it to help patients of Alzheimer’s. We have then created ‘MEMO_o_ke” a karaoke song with some parts of the lyrics missing to help stimulate the elderly's memory and help slow down Alzheimer's. People who interested can sing these songs at MEMO_o_ke Youtube Channel and Playlist of Metro Records or take a CD from partnering stores. There are currently 800,000 people who suffer from Alzheimer’s in Thailand and the number is still ris-ing by 30,000 per year. Studies show that apart from entertaining, singing can also help boost memory among the elderly. Fur-ther more, singing is a fun activity for elderly as we can see around the whole country that Thai elderly usually gathering for singing at restaurants and some public park. The Alzheimer Foundation of Thailand sees the importance of this and would like to enhance it to help patients of Alzheimer’s. We have then created ‘MEMO_o_ke” karaoke songs with some parts of the lyr-ics missing to help stimulate the elderly's memory and help slow down Alzheimer’s. The copyrights are supported by Metro Records, the long time distributor of Thai modern and country songs.
